I passed by this place on a rainy and cold evening and it was my appetite to get something hot and spicy and found this place on the way back to the hotel.It was my first time trying Keimen-named as a new style of noodle. I ordered the spicy one with rice and Cod Roe. It was unique that the noodle dish was served with rice.The fun part was putting the ingredients and there was the instruction of how to put each condiments into your food and how it would spice up your food taste. This new kind of noodle was refreshing, tasty, and awesome. The noodle was soft and the chicken broth was much beyond expectation.10/10 Highly recommend. The way to try Japanese noodle dish with different perspective.
Absolutely delicious ! We were only in Otaru for 2 nights and went here both nights, wish we could’ve gone another. The broth is so flavorful and just the right amount of spicy goodness. The service is impeccable and highly recommend. 5 stars all day long.

Primera vez en Otaru y 100% recomendado, la calificación y comentarios previos realmente acertados. Hacía mucho frio afuera y buscábamos un lugar para comer algo caliente y este lugar superó todo, desde la llegada la emisión de la orden es autónoma, ingresas el monto en la máquina de cobro y eliges comida y bebida, esto facilita mucho el pedir si como nosotros no estás familiarizado con el Japonés, aunque el inglés es una buena opción de comunicación aquí. Los platillos deliciosos, servidos con una perfección en el acomodo de los elementos, siendo un festín no solo al degustar sino para todos los sentidos. En definitiva regresaría (;

おいしかった。ラーメンじゃなくてにゅうめん。出汁がうまい。トッピングも良い。ニンニクマシマシレモン入れさっぱりにゅうめんはいいぞ。

周辺のオススメ
にゅうめんのお店です。北海道旅行で重めのものを食べて来たお腹でも全然食べられる美味しい素麺でした。最初は濃厚鶏白湯と書いてあったので重めかなと思いましたが、そんなことはなくむしろあっさりなのかなと思うくらいすっきり食べられました。また、薬味も多くて飽きることなく美味しくいただけました。全品ライス付きでライスに鶏白湯スープをかけて食べましたがとてもおいしかったです。店内の雰囲気も木目基調の落ち着いた雰囲気でとてもいい時間になりました。
