量も多く、価格は少し高めですが、納得の美味しさです。
家庭的で丁寧な接客が印象的な、落ち着いた雰囲気の店内です。
On a beaucoup aimé ce restaurant qui propose une cuisine avec des spécialités de la culture aïnou. Simple avec un accueil familial et une décoration soignée. Très bonne découverte.
Really delicious ramen! On of the best I ate during my trip to japan. The balance of the broth is well balanced. The style of the restaurant is in authentic Ainu style, so beautiful and interesting to learn about this culture.
Ainu restaurant directly under the hotel. It is run by probably Ainu elderly couple. The prices are a bit higher however the portion is good and feels authentic. Highly recommend to visit👍 if you want to taste Ainu cuisine 😄 It's worth the money.

Très bel établissement. Dommage que le service petit déjeuner ne puisse pas être pris dans la magnifique chambre ainoue. Mais sinon, cest carrément incroyable !
