This was our first stop on our trip. Got off at JR Yamanote station, walked a bit, was a breeze. We started organizing. And then we started to notice the cleanliness of the rooms. Hair everywhere, stains on some of the towels, dust on the floor. It seems like this place doesn't have a fully fledged cleaning staff. It also seems like this place gets little to no tourists, as we never met anyone there. The beds were comfortable, and the service was good. We asked for a fan, and it magically appeared at our doorstep. Complimentary umbrellas really helped us when a 2-day storm hit. Many little restaurants nearby, but the nightlife ramps up beyond the station. I would recommend this place for people staying 1 to 2 nights, who want a traditional Japaneese bedroom experience, and who don't mind dirt.
