良好な立地にあり、観光にも便利です。
必要な設備が揃ったコンパクトな客室。
仕事に最適な高速WiFiが完備されています。
2度利用しました。1回目は1階の部屋で快適に過ごせました。今回は3階の部屋で、エレベーターが無く階段が結構狭いので荷物を運ぶのが大変でした。部屋はあまり使われていなかったのかベッドが特に埃っぽく、ダニアレルギーが反応してしまいました。洗濯機は結構臭かったです。近くにはスーパーな地下鉄の駅、神楽坂の商店街などがあり立地は便利です。
Far from the station and some walkways include steps and no footpath. No lift in the building so we had to carry our luggages up to the third floor through a very narrow and steep stair case. The room was supposed to be for 4 people but only one key provided. Two double futon beds were provided and no extra bedding and no sofa. If you are taller then 5,5 then you will not be able to sit on the toilet with the door closed. It closes right on your knees. There is washer bot no dryer. Kitchen is there but no meals area or eating area unless you want to eat on balcony sitting on concrete. Bathroom was good, under the futon there was no tatami, just the fake Chinese mat.

Great value for the price, it’s in a rather good location. The room is very small but has everything we need, includes a kitchen, laundry, dryer, fridge, desk, and wifi was fast so I could work on my laptop.
