The hairstylist is friendly and nice, but the way she handled my hair was pretty rough, she often pulled it painfully. She did try her best to listen to what I wanted as a haircut it was not easy with the layers and some damage I had, but as of colouring – we've got into a trouble.She uses only organic/vegan based colours, which have lead me to an unexpected reaction with extreme itchiness. Of course it's not her fault, she didn't know it would cause me this result, so we quickly washed it off. None of her clients had such a reaction before, so it could be possible its just an individual reaction of my skin.I also think she didn't match the colour I asked for, I'm afraid she was using too strong agents that my hair got very dry very soon...Generally it's hard to find a hairstylist that can match the hair colour right, but because of not careful handling of my hair I wouldn't come back to this place and I can't put a high rating. I still think the hairstylist is a great person and I hope her business well, just some things need improvement. The price is fair compared to other salons, so that's the good point.
