I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Jun Sumii. The booking was completed very quickly, thanks to his great responsiveness. Once in Tokyo, communication went smoothly, and the schedule was perfectly respected. Finally, getting settled in the vehicle was effortless, and the driving was excellent.Once again, thank you, Mr. Jun!
Even in city as wheelchair accessible as Tokio I was very glad to find the wheelchair taxi service Wilgo by odekake office. I reached out for availiability for an airport ride in rush hour and Sumii-san was very helpful and clearly stated the availiability and a fair expected price range in advance per email (the actual ride was even cheaper). He was absolutely on time (even 10 mins earlier) and it was a perfect ride, we enjoyed talking a bit with him. He explained us everything where we needed to go and even helped us with a letter he dropped off at a mailbox. I cannot imagine anything that could be done better, and want to express an absolute recommendation.
A very late review.I came across Mr Sumii's services online when looking for a wheelchair accessible taxi in Japan. In fact, he was very supportive months before we even landed in Japan, with his hospitality, clear communication and guidance. Way above and beyond what I would usually expect from a taxi. The scenic route from Haneda to our hotel was especially magical. Mr. Sumii, you made our magical trip to Japan that much more memorable. I hope to see you again in a few years' time! We visited Japan for a Cruise and a few days in Tokyo. I have walking difficulties and need my scooter to move around. Jun from Wilgo collected us from the Cruise Terminal, showed us some places in Tokyo and brought us to the Airport on departure day. I can only recommend his service, his politeness, punctuality and kindness is outstanding. I got a technical problem with my scooter and Jun called around to find a repair shop. Our Japan holidays was great and relaxed and Jun from Wilgo played a big part in making it a memorable holidays.
We asked Jun´s taxi service for getting us to Daikoku Parking Area. Unfortunately, the wheelchair we had was too big for Jun´s taxi so Jun was so kind that he recommended us another married couple who has a taxi van adapted for wheelchair users. Jun came with them to pick us up and he even gave us a very sweet note on paper in our mother tongue (Czech). Even though we didn´t in the end use Wilgo, we had an amazing experience with Jun. The communication was quick and smooth, he speak very well English. Thank you once again Jun.
We had the most amazing experience. Not only did they provide an accessible taxi for my husband, but they assisted in finding a travel agent to book our train tickets and taxis at the various cities to which we traveled.Their service was always on time. They met us on platform of train station so there never was any anxiety in finding us. At the port when our luggage was lost for about 2 hours, they waited for us. They maintained great communication and took all of th e anxiety and stress out of our travel to Japan
