The host was very nice, quick to respond and always made us feel welcome. We even had a goodbye dinner with him which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
The manager of this share house is quick, responsive, and knowledgeable. He has always gotten back to me within the day. I stayed in three different rooms, and they were simple, but clean. The downstairs shower stall is great. The shared kitchen area is spacious and well furnished. The location itself is convenient - a brisk 10 mins walk downhill to the Yamanote line. Groceries and department stores nearby. Lots of other cafe/restaurant options. 711 is right outside the share house - super convenient. Quiet and safe area.

I had an incredible experience staying at this share house in Takadanobaba! The location couldn't be more perfect—it’s super close to the station, making it incredibly easy to hop on the Yamanote line and get anywhere in Tokyo. The neighborhood itself is amazing, filled with great, affordable restaurants, casual cafes, and a lively student energy that makes you feel right at home.The house itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The common areas and kitchen are always tidy, and having a private room made the move-in process completely stress-free.What really made my stay special, though, was the community. The mix of locals and internationals created such a welcoming, friendly environment. I’ve made lifelong friends and unforgettable memories here. If you are looking for a comfortable, social, and perfectly located place to live in Tokyo, I cannot recommend this house enough!
