We bought a Leaf Corgi wheelchair from Kadokura 2 years ago while holidaying in Japan. Still very happy with it. No issues at all. Until the luggage handlers at Hong Kong Airport somehow broke one of the foot rests in half.I contacted Kadokura on Line about repairing this. Again Kadokura was quick to offer a solution and I was able to collect the replacement part from their new showroom on my next visit to Japan. This was all organized on Line. While I was at the showroom, I also got to see and demo the light weight wheelchairs.Once again, I am very thankful to Anri and his team, especially being able to communicate clearly in English with him. The advice and assistance I received really was top notch. They need to bring their products to Australia.
雰囲気が良かったはじめは倉庫のところに行くのが不安でしたが、ショールームはおしゃれであまり日本にはない、海外の雰囲気がありました。実際の商品も手に取れて乗り心地を確認してから買えるのはいいと思います。
