Delightful stay at “X&Y STAY” - Home away from Home!It is located in a quiet semi-residential area on the outskirts of Tokyo, a couple of short train stops from Shinjuku and a few more stops to Akihabara. You do have to switch to the metro to get to Ginza which was no big deal. The walk from the train stop to X&Y Stay was short and pleasant (7min).My sister and I stayed at X&Y Stay for two nights in Tokyo and had a wonderful experience. Newly remodeled and immaculate, with lots of amenities that gave us feelings like you were staying at your own place.Our unit was on the first floor(unit 101), and the first floor had two bedrooms with a bathroom and an enclosed zen garden! The large bedroom had one queen and two single beds and the other had a queen bed. We both stayed in the large bedroom.Unit 101 actually came with a full basement with an entertainment area with TV & Sofa, a full bath with separate soaking tub area and shower area, a full kitchen and a washing machine (no dryer). Didn’t try it but the sofa looked like a pull-out bed as well (So you could house 7 people if you want).The host and I communicated through email - she/he spoke/wrote very good English, and attentive to our needs - a delight to deal with.I am used to staying at a chain hotel near the action (Hilton etc), but I found it cost-prohibitive in Tokyo, so I thought I would give a try at an ”air B&B like” place - I am glad I did! We would definitely stay here again, especially with a larger group.
Everything went well, the rooms were well cleaned, beds and futons comfortable, nice bathroom. An instructions for every device was included.
1 semaine en famille (2 adultes+3enfants) dans ce logement. A proximité du metro, d’un centre commercial, dans un quartier résidentiel calme. A 2 stations de métro de Shinjuku. Un accueil agreable: les instructions avant d’arriver sont nombreuses et claires, lits sont préparés, le logement est propre. Malgré la petite surface, tout est pratique, avec de grands placards. Les lits sont confortables, les futons epais et moelleux. Un bon spot a Tokyo. Merci Arashi.
Stayed at X&YSTAY last week and it was fantastic! From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they went out of their way to answer questions and made us feel right at home.Our room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. The location is a huge plus too—just steps from great restaurants and top attractions, so getting around was a breeze.
事前に荷物を預けることができ、部屋はとても清潔で快適です。キッチンと電子レンジもあり、とても便利です。ただし、エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを運ぶのに注意が必要です。しかし、このエリアでこの価格は非常にお得です！全体的に非常に満足しています。

Stayed as a family of 5, compact but very clean, great location in a quiet spot but easily accessible to the train and local restaurants/ bars. Right by a river with amazing Cherry blossoms at the height of sakura. Great bar nearby (Craft beer and Podcast), family mart 5 mins walk.
