Management is horrible to deal with in emails. The person I contacted was condescending, not accommodating any needs I have, no matter how difficult the arrangement is for me. They have decided everything, and then notify me to follow their schedule. They didn't tell me that my requested move-in date is not available until one week before. They told me not to be late otherwise they would not wait for me, even though I am one who wait for them for a whole day after an international travel.
