We are very grateful to Nichii Kids Ebina Hoikuen for taking such good care of our son, Rafaell.Rafaell had so much fun during his time here, and it always gave us peace of mind to see him happy every time we picked him up. For us, that is the most important thing—it shows that he truly enjoyed his days at the hoikuen. All the teachers were very kind, caring, and supportive not only to Rafaell but also to our family. Even though we are not fluent in Japanese, they always made an effort to communicate with us and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We also really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the school always was. It created a safe and pleasant environment for the children. We especially appreciated the English classes provided. Since Rafaell is already comfortable with English, it made him feel included and confident, and he truly enjoyed being able to express himself in a language he knows.Thank you so much for the love, care, and dedication you have given to our child. We will always remember our wonderful experience here.
