This is not the best sharehouse, to be honest. It's location is not bad and price is relatively low. That's all for a good. It's smelly, it's dirty, I was given with a broken (well, partially repaired and usable, but not for the pleasant sleep) bed and balcony door. You also have to pay for a shower and washing machine. There is also a drying machine for clothes, but it don't work properly.To be honest, management was nice and constantly updated some of the facilities, so most of the problems comes from the people who lives there. So I won't say it's extremely terrible.Just manage your expectations, you will be given exactly the thing you paid for. Need a cheap furnished accommodation for a month or longer term stay and don't care about looks and other people? This can be the right place for you.Bothered by filth, sounds and smells? Better to choose something else.
