Start One Home Senzokuの特徴
初めての日本訪問で、立地の良さに感動しました！
千束にあり、アクセスが非常に便利なホステルです。
観光スポットへのアクセスが簡単で、徒歩圏内です！
Apart from the place being somewhat on the cheaper side, i dont think id recommend this place at all. Its just a cramped and dusty/dirty place, with zero human interaction in the 2 nights we stayed.The nearest metro is Iriya and that itself is a good 12mins walk away [not that great when you have to lug your luggages especially when it rains, which is what happened to us]..the nearest 7/11 or any convenience store is altleast 10mins away.The bed was comfortable but had some stains on the sheet in spots. Overall it was just dirty EVERYWHERE in this unit. You can literally see accumulated dust on every surface, the air vents, the AC remote holder, the laundry machine and Dryer were filthy with dust and lint everywhere. There are 2 showerooms [dont expect to see any shower gel/shampoo etc like every other place ive stayed in Japan] and 1 toilet for men and 1 for women, which makes no sense to me, in case anybody has to urgently use the restroom and its occupied, there is no backup. Oh And the toilets were super basic, no bidet function, no heating, nothing. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking.Ive stayed in cheaper hostels that provided better beds, cleaner environment, human interaction and even basic facilities without it feeling dirty and dinghy.Id not recommend this place, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
I stayed here during my first Japan visit and it’s in a good location! Host was very responsive and helped us with our questions and requests. The room is a bit small but it worked for the new nights we were there. Nice showers and a washer too! Wasn’t bothered by other guests there. I’d recommend.

This place is one of the most affordable ones we've seen, but you really only get what you paid for. Before the trip, we asked the host if the rooms have been cleaned as we have read negative reviews from Google. We were ensured that the rooms have been cleaned, and that was at a different room anyway.During our stay, we were having these weird sicknesses (random headaches, colds), that would be gone after we leave the unit. True enough, we saw that there black molds inside our AC unit! We were horrified, but we just endured it since we didn't have extra budget to book another place.I know the place was dirt cheap, but not having molds is a bare minimum... There were stains on our sheets, and I think the rashes on my skin during my stay was because of the sheets. I also don't recommend the place if you're mostly going shopping since the walk from the train station is around 15 mins. Just glad that the host was responsive and gave clear instructions.
