The room was nice, had lots of space and was clean, but it's very loud. We could hear everything outside unfortunately. It's also on a street full of love hotels.
坐到日暮里再轉JR坐一站就到了鶯谷站～交通很方便，從北口出來會比較近，但南口才有電梯。車站出來就有蠻多家餐廳的～麥當勞、松屋、堂吉訶德等等的。距離走去住宿的地方差不多5分鐘，算是蠻近的～——房間2個人住，其實蠻剛好的～ 行李都有很大的位置可以放。一開始入住時浴室會稍微有一點點的味道，但抽風打開通風就沒什麼味道了。都有附毛巾、一次用的牙刷牙膏、一次用的拖鞋、梳子、洗髮精、潤髮乳、沐浴乳。（櫃子裡都有備很多衛生紙）——-唯獨第一天要使用洗衣機時，發現故障了～無法脫水。對於冬天這樣蠻麻煩的。其他都蠻不錯的～ 晚上都蠻安靜的，只是這幾天早上都有聽到附近房間在施工。有點吵～
We had to book this hotel last minute due to an unexpected change in our train schedule caused by typhoon weather, and we’re so glad we did. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — the lady who checked us in spoke English, which made everything smooth and stress-free. When our train tickets were unexpectedly rescheduled for the next day, the staff were very accommodating and even offered us a partial refund for the extra days we had booked, which we really appreciated.The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and amenities all within easy walking distance. The room itself was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, comfortably fitting up to three people (our group had two). Everything was very clean — beds, shower, and toilet — and all amenities were in good working order.Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-located stay in Tokyo with great customer service.
Stayed in the apartment and not the hotel side - basic rooms, no lifts to the floors, but clean and conveniently located. Fair accommodation for the price so no complaints there. Had good aircon - shame the third sofa bed in the open kitchen area has nothing. At least a fan would be good. There's no room service or daily cleaning but we're out and about all day anyway so hardly going to make a mess.
よく確認しなかった私がいけないのですが、シャワーしか無かった。しかも湯がぬるい。チェックイン時に受付と話がかみ合わなかったが、客室番号などを宿泊当日の朝にメールしてあった事を後で知った。私は旅行中にメールチェックなんてしません。夜中に道路側の話声で目が覚めてしまった。テレビが受信不良で２局しか見れなかった。その割には料金が高い。

周辺のオススメ
优点是房间宽敞并且有洗衣机微波炉，距离Jr车站很近。缺点，距离地铁站远，房间卫生情况一般。如果是二楼，三楼没有电梯。同时洗手液不知道为什么加了水，按理说这个价位不应该在这上面节约。
