神楽坂エリアは静かで、便利な商業施設も充実している場所です。
モダンでミニマリストなデザインが印象的で、居心地の良い空間を提供しています。
アパートには快適なバスルームがあり、十分な収納と水圧の良いシャワーが魅力的です。
We stayed at this Dash Living for 10 nights. The apartment was clean and had a modern, minimalist design, which created a pleasant environment during our stay.However, there were a few drawbacks. The location is a bit removed from many of Tokyo’s main tourist attractions, which meant longer travel times to get around the city. The bed was quite soft, which may suit some guests, but personally, it wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping. Soundproofing could also be improved, as we could hear footsteps and conversations from the hallway and lobby.Another issue we encountered was with the hairdryer provided. After using it for more than a few minutes, the power in the entire apartment would shut off. This happened consistently, even when trying different outlets. Unfortunately, no solution was provided during our stay. :(
地點很好～ 距離地鐵站不到十分鐘，而且附近有好幾家便利商店，機能很不錯！室內很乾淨且明亮，有小廚房和客廳桌，方便大家聚在一起吃東西，推推。
地理位置很好，離地鐵站走路不用10分鐘，超市711,Lawson附近都有。環境乾淨整潔，有廚房、電視、免費的wifi。很棒的住宿體驗！
We stayed at DashLiving Kagurazaka for two months. While the apartment’s location and design were appealing, several issues negatively impacted our long-term stay.Positive:1. Prime Location: Kagurazaka is a peaceful neighborhood with excellent access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation—ideal for both work and leisure.2. Apartment Design: The space is modern, well-laid-out, and features attractive flooring.3. Comfortable Bathroom: Spacious, with good storage and excellent water pressure in the shower.4. Effective Air Conditioning: AC units in all rooms provided much-needed comfort during the summer.Areas Needing Improvement:Building Management:- Maintenance Issues: Trash piled up at the entrance, attracting rats. Cleaning was inconsistent, and waste disposal was poorly managed.- Cluttered Entrance: The narrow entrance often appeared untidy, with cleaning supplies left in plain sight.Amenities and Features:- Weak Wifi: Internet in the bedrooms was unreliable, and provided solutions didn’t resolve the issue.- Kitchen Basics: The kitchen lacked essential items like a salad bowl or coffee maker, and some appliances were flimsy or unsafe.- Laundry Setup: The washer had no hot water option, and drying clothes was inconvenient.Comfort and Functionality:- Uncomfortable Furniture: The sofa and bed were of poor quality, making relaxation and sleep difficult.- Low Ceiling in Den: The cramped office space was awkward to use.- Noise Issues: Poor soundproofing made neighbor activity, especially from above, disruptive.- Curtains: Non-blackout curtains let in too much light, making it hard to sleep.Final Thoughts:DashLiving Kagurazaka offers a great location and stylish apartment design, but poor building management, subpar furniture, and limited amenities make it unsuitable for extended stays. While short-term visitors may find it adequate, long-term guests might face significant challenges.

I was very happy with these apartments! Compared to most places in Tokyo, they were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I also really liked the location — quiet, cozy, and pleasant. I didn’t mind walking a bit to the nearest station at all. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the people in the area were very friendly.I would definitely stay here again!The only small downside was that the bed was a bit wobbly, and I wish there had been a few more towels provided.9/10
