Had the pleasure of visiting Cheers ran by owner Kennedy! From the moment we stepped in the door early in our trip we were warmly welcomed by Kennedy with a smile and a great vibe. We enjoyed great conversation and darts games all night. After this night Cheers became our “home” bar in Japan. We kept coming back over the course of our trip to play darts and enjoy Kennedy’s company. I would highly recommend stopping in and experiencing Cheers for anyone looking for a great time!
Awesome owner and bar. Went monday night and ended up having one of the best chill night drink out in tokyo. Kennedy (owner) was very entertaining and will make sure his customers are not being out of place. And with them mix drink he's mixing will keep you drinking all night. Place is small with a dartboard but seems like the average size bars in tokyo. Will be back again everytime I get a chance

A quiet and comfortable bar with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The shisha here is really good — definitely worth the visit. I enjoyed my time and highly recommend this place.静かで居心地の良いバーです。雰囲気も落ち着いていて、スタッフもとても親切でした。ここのシーシャはとても良くて、来る価値があります。滞在時間を楽しめました。ぜひおすすめします。
