The staff was not helpful at all.I was there and wanted to pay with ic card but my balance was not enough so I touched charge button and tried charge with my card. It wasn’t working maybe because my card is from foreign country. I was trying to charge my ic card for 2-3 times and staff completely ignored me. Even I call staff they didn’t explain anything, just let me keep doing that. I mean if they see that the customer is in trouble they should at least tell me that I could use another cashiers. I did speak Japanese with them though.
