こめこふぁみりぃ〜の特徴
島根県松江市にあるグルテンフリー専門のケーキ屋です。
軽やかでモチモチのシフォンケーキが絶品で、一度食べる価値あり。
人気のドーナツは早朝に行かないと売り切れるほどの人気です。
ずっと気になっていたグルテンフリーのお店で、人生初アサイー！ではなく、アサイーパフェナッツとクラッキングチョコで食べ応え満点でも、ベースが甘過ぎないので後味すっきり美味しくいただきました〜
ナッツのタルトを購入。めちゃくちゃ美味しかった。また買いに行きます。
We visited this bakery when we were on holiday. It is very hard to find gluten free options in Japan, so we were happy to find this place. We went the first day we were in Matsue and got the chiffon cake and some fruit pies. They were so delicious we had to return the next day. Besides the 'oishi keeki', the ladies working in the bakery are absolute sweethearts. They were so happy when we came back the next day. Really a gem!! And when we are ever in Japan, we will come back to hopefully try the curry pan and donuts :)
The food is fantastic, full stop. It is better than many other bakeries and it does it all without gluten. Everything we’ve tried is phenomenal.If nothing else, show up early Sunday for a donut. Gluten-free donuts are so hard to get right, often dry or too dense. These are light, fluffy, moist and sweet. There’s good reason they sell out fast.They’re only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so you’ll need to buy extra and save it for the rest of the week. If you want their wonderful shokupan, you should make a reservation. Call them or DM them on Instagram.
Amazing gluten free bakery!!It’s so good that I prefer their bread over normal breads!The owner told me that chiffon cake is best seller, and it’s a must try!When you eat it, you would understand why.So soft and fluffy.Fruit tart is nicely crispy and delicious!Savory breads are wonderful.I got curry bread, salt butter bread and sausage bread, they were all so so good.Curry flavor was impressive and salt butter bread has texture and flavor of soft pretzel!Even if you don't have gluten-free dietary restrictions, you should try their bread!You won’t regret!
たまたま近くを通りかかって店を見かけて来店。シフォンケーキのトッピングで生クリームは美味しい。次回はフルーツも付けてみたい。

パンももちろん美味しいけど、シフォンケーキが、フワッフワやのにモチッとしててメッチャ美味しかったです。何個でも食べれる…もっと買えば良かったと家族で話しながら食べました。
