丁寧な案内と有益な情報提供で、観光プランがスムーズに進む手助けをしてくれます。
The staffs kindly welcomed and informed us the information we need. They asked me to buy the pass from Klook to exchange to paper tickets at their office and be able to make a reservation for the express. I also got nice sumo stickers when answered a questionnaire , very nice!
初西武池袋線特急乗ったがめっちゃいい。窓が広く開放感あり。オススメ。
찾기 어렵지 않습니다 38번 출구를 찾으면 8시전에 가면 닫혀 있어서 구분이 어려울 수 있어 닫힌 사진도 올립니다 하지만 관광소 직원은 충분히 친절 합니다~
From here you can redeem your Klook QR for Moomin Valley Park Pass. They were very helpful, kind and gave me all the information needed for my trip to/from Hanno for Moomin Valley Park. They spoke perfect english. Thank you very much Seibu tourist info center. 😊✨️
A very useful tourist information centre that allows you to buy pts of discount passes as tourist.The counter staff are knowledgeable and speak fluently in many languages.We were heading to Hitsujiyama park and was given great advice by the counter staff with long light coloured hair which was really useful.
最近は外国のかたが多いので、外国語の案内所ができるのは良いことですね。
