Sakura House Higashi-Nagasaki Terrace has been my home and office for the past 1 and half years. Got everything contained in a compact unit, I love the place!

I've stayed here for a month, along with other Sakura House places (Ikebukuro Sunshine City, Itabashi).My key takeaways are- it's an older building, but well maintained, without major issues- the kitchen, bathroom and restroom are well equipped- the rooms themselves are nice, but especially in summer, be wary of the attic rooms. They're nice and modern, but trap heat and get CONSIDERABLY warmer whenever it's sunny- the bedding is also not ideal for summer, the material doesn't breathe and feels warm, so if you're staying in summer, you may want to bring your own- the location is okay, it's a residential area, there are convenience stores and supermarkets close by- when leaving the area, unless you want to walk 20 minutes every time, you're reliant on the Seibu Ikebukuro line, which adds costs and tends to be crowded- Sakura House staff have always been helpful and accommodating, and the booking process is simple, it's a great choice for shorter stays
