Amazing cooking class! Yoshi-san and Amo were fantastic hosts—their passion for cooking and Japanese cuisine really comes through in the way they explain everything. I brought a group of nine people, and for many of them this was a highlight of the trip. The food we made was incredible too—possibly the best ramen we had in Japan!Thank you!🙏
We absolutely loved our experience with Amo & Yoshi! They are so kind and welcoming into their home. The food was delicious and we learned so much about ramen cooking techniques. It was such a fun class and felt very authentic - plus it ended up being just two of us in class so felt very personal as well. Would recommend this to anyone!! Oh and they even have awesome shirts you can buy that Yoshi designed himself. 10/10!
We had amazing last day experience in Japan with Yoshi's and AMO's cooking class. They are very patient and warm, explaining about all the ramen and gyoza making process but also answering any questions we had about Japanese culture. They have a lot of knowledge and great english. Thank you so much for a great experience 🙏🏻
My son and I had an unforgettable experience at this ramen and gyoza cooking class! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. Yoshi and Amo are incredible hosts—kind, funny, and so knowledgeable. The class was hands-on, easy to follow, and full of interesting tips that brought the whole experience to life.The ingredients were fresh, the kitchen was spotless, and the recipes were absolutely delicious—we can’t wait to try them at home! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tokyo—come hungry!
No trip to Tokyo would be complete without a delightful morning spent with Yoshi and Amo (Luna Nueva) in their lovely home. They are fun, informative and caring. Our lunch was amazing - the Ramen and Gyoza were delicious and we learned so much. Visiting their home was such a treat.The class, offered in the morning, in an accessible Tokyo neighborhood, was also perfect for our schedule as it left us the afternoon to see more of the city.
Incredible! If you’re looking to learn of the Japanese culture threw the food it is the class to take a in Tokyo.Amo is really caring and an incredible teacher ! And her husband is an awesome cooker. It's difficult to express all the good memories that we had during this experience but believe me its 💯% worth doing it !We learnt to make Gyoza and Ramen without bothering too much with the sauces.Ps: take this course at the beginning of your stay if you can 😃 Amo and Yoshi can help youCheers and thanks again
My sisters and myself had a wonderful time at the Tokyo Ramen-Making Masterclass with Amo and Yoshi. The host clearly exceeded our expectations as we learned to prepare a complete ramen meal with gyozas from the scratch.Our experience started as Amo met us at the meeting point at Ekoda Station (we recommend contacting them directly on WhatsApp to ease everything).We then walked (10 minutes) to their flat where everything was prepared. Amo and Yoshi introduced themselves and offered us a welcome drink.We then started right away cutting vegetables, preparing the noodles and gyozas from the scratch with all the necessary and interesting explanations. After having successfully prepared all the ingredients, each one of us was able to put together their own Ramen Bowl.We then had a moment for ourselves to enjoy the excellent meal while our host cleaned the kitchen.During the whole experience Amo and Yoshi were extremely friendly and thoughtful. We would like to thank them one more time for the amazing experience which we definitely recommend to anybody who spends a few days in Tokyo.Mike

This experience was one of the best, if not the best activity we‘ve involved in our Japan trip. Amo and Yoshi are one of the kindest people we‘ve met. And our Ramen tasted incredible. Plus, Yoshi‘s Merch Design is amazing.
