Rented a Toyota Vitz from Arakawa Car Rental during our Japan trip and had a really great experience. The whole pickup and return process was super smooth, and they were very accommodating with our last minute changes and flexible return arrangement. The car was clean and easy to drive too. Friendly service and stress-free experience overall. Would definitely rent from them again!
I booked my rental through Klook, and the service from the car rental provider was excellent ⭐🚗. I had a minor accident, and they were very supportive—guiding me step by step on how to file the insurance claim through Klook and providing all the necessary documents 🧾👍.I initially had to pay ¥120,000 💴, but I received the full reimbursement within two weeks ⏱️, with only a small loss due to currency exchange 💱. The rental price was about 40% cheaper compared to NRAC or TRAC 💸. While the cars may not be the latest models, they still offer great value for money and reliable service 🔧✨.I would definitely book with Nichu again on my next trip to Tokyo 🇯🇵🙌.
I was deeply impressed by the service here. I returned the car 35 minutes late, but there was no penalty charged. The reason was that there was heavy traffic on the expressway while I was driving back to Tokyo, which I could not have known in advance. However, the staff here were very understanding and helped me, so I did not have to pay any extra fee.If I have plans to visit Japan again, I will definitely rent a car from here again. I sincerely appreciate your kindness and support. 🙏🚗
I rented a car at Narita Airport, and it was a very smooth and comfortable experience. The staff was friendly, and the car was in great condition. The return process was simple, and I would definitely choose this car rental company again next time. Thank you!
