I’ve experienced this PE a total of 5 times now, so here are my takeaways! The service portion has been consistently great! However the quality of the noodles & rice has been inconsistent, most times being very dry & tasteless! The entrees are pretty average.Overall for the increased AFES price, small portion size and “okay”quality creates a huge hesitance in dining here in the future.

Orange chicken bowl with chow mein. The chow mein was like eating tasteless cooked spaghetti noodles. Yokosuka’s Panda Express is better, but will give this one the benefit of the doubt they just opened and overwhelmingly busy. They are probably more concerned with quantity over quality right now
So excited to finally have Panda Express open here at Yokota! I went through the drive-through around 6:45 PM today for the grand opening. Even though the line was predictably long, the service was absolutely incredible.The employee at the drive-through window was particularly polite and friendly, completely making the experience great despite the massive opening day rush. The food came out fresh, hot, and fast. Huge props to the entire crew for handling the crowd like absolute pros. Welcome to the base! 🐼🥢
Food was delicious. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff & good service.
Grand opening 5/20/2026 the wait was worth it. Tastes better than the mall food Panda Express in the US. They have a drive thru window and the food was hot and fresh. You can dine in or take away.
