Had a lovely experience with RV rental. My friends and I rented for a 3 day trip from Tokyo to Osaka. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our time!The workers there were also so lovely and kind. We mostly communicated with Aya who was really quick to reply to us if we had any questions before, during, and even after our trip.
老闆帥帥的，人蠻客氣的可以全程英文溝通他們有露營車可以出租也有露營設備可以出租下一次如果來東京有要租露營車，我還是會推薦附上老闆的名片，有需要的可以email跟他們聯絡大型露營車初次上路，記得速度一定要放慢放慢才放慢大型露營車本體算是大貨車，所以他的方向盤必須轉三圈半（一般車輛是兩圈半）還有在停車車的時候務必要注意盡可能停在最遠最邊邊，最角落的地方另外一個要特別注意的是要停放車輛的時候，請副駕駛下去幫你看車尾，還有車輛本身高達3米，這一個也都要特別注意安全盡可能往郊區走就對了能在露營車上面睡覺，醒來就看到富士山這種感覺真的是太棒了2026.3.16
今回のキャンピングカーの旅は、本当に素晴らしい思い出になりました！男性の店長さんには、空港へのお迎えから返却後のホテルへの送迎まで大変お世話になりました。道中のお話もとても弾み、終始フレンドリーな対応に心が温まりました。また、Ayaさんには予約の対応から車両設備の丁寧なご説明までしていただき、そのおかげで安心して旅に出発することができました。車の使い勝手も非常によかったです。キャンピングカーをレンタルするなら、ここを強くお勧めします！また必ず利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました！這次的露營車之旅真的成了非常棒的回憶！感謝身為店長的男性職員，從機場接機到還車後送我們回飯店都非常照顧我們。路程上的聊天非常熱絡，從頭到尾友善的對待讓我們感到很溫暖。另外，感謝 Aya 小姐從預約時的接洽，到仔細說明車輛設備，多虧了她，我們才能安心出發。車子的使用體驗也非常棒。如果要租露營車，強烈推薦這一家！我們一定會再回來使用的。謝謝！
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great campervan and awesome service!We had a really great experience with Rental Car Station. The campervan was perfect for our trip and comfortably fit two families (5pax). It had everything we needed — a microwave, warm winter blankets, parking heater, and all the basics that made our winter road trip comfortable.The van handled our 5-day loop really well, taking us to Matsumoto, Takayama, Shirakawa-go, camping in Fuji, going through the Fuji 5 Lakes loop, Hakone Turnpike, and back to Narita with no problems at all.The staff (especially Ms Aya) were honestly one of the highlights — super friendly, very accommodating, and easy to talk to. They speak excellent English, and having staff who also speak Tagalog was a big bonus for us as Filipinos. Everything was explained clearly, which made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free.Overall, great vehicle and even better service. Looking forward to booking with them again, hopefully soon! Highly recommended for anyone planning a campervan trip in Japan.
We rented a big(ger) camper for 5 days here and overall it was a great experience. We toured the Tokyo area and found it to be very convenient with the camper. We were helped by Aya and Hiroshi and they explained everything in detail and helped us with all our questions. I would definitely recommend this rental station. A big plus is that the campers have an automated Toll system (ETC), which is saved up until the end of the trip. You can just cruise through the toll booths similar to the locals. Pretty helpful as well since there are many(!). We took a taxi to get there from Narita Keisei (3000 yen), but there are also buses going there.
We rented an RV from Japan RV Rental and were extremely happy with the experience. Both before our trip—through email—and at the pickup location, we were helped quickly and kindly by Aya and her colleague. Excellent service all around.We rented the Corde Leaves model, which has a surprisingly large bed by Japanese standards. For us, being 1.85 m and 1.95 m tall, that was a real blessing. We couldn’t find any other camper with such a spacious bed. Thanks to the extra mattress topper, we slept very comfortably throughout the trip.The interior of the camper is a bit dated, but everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained. Over the course of two weeks, we traveled in about nine stages all the way from Tokyo to Shikoku and back—a beautiful journey.There are plenty of campgrounds in Japan, so finding a place to stay is easy. However, the facilities can vary quite a bit, so it’s worth doing a bit of research on Google beforehand. That way, we discovered some truly stunning spots, from the coastline to the mountains.All in all, it was a fantastic experience, made even better by the friendly and reliable service from Japan RV Rental. Highly recommended!

Where do I begin.. Received this nice kei camping car on 27th Apr 2026. Had an enjoyable journey to Iwate Prefecture until I received bad news from home.. Thanks to Hiroshi and Aya, I could return the car early in short notice. The car was a huge mess with my shopping and stuff.. Both Aya and Erin (sp?) kindly helped me pack up and drove me to the Airport hotel.My sister left us one day after I arrived. Life is so unpredictable.. I am forever greatful to you guys being so accomodating and helpful to me at this difficult time.I hope to come back to Narita again to continue where I left off.. Until then, please take good care of yourselves.🤗
