Great selection of flavorful beers from around Japan, a short walk from the station. This is a great stop if you are connecting between one of the Nakasendo buses and a longer distance train. They will be brewing their own beer later in 2026 and we wish them the best!
The barmaid Ayano was so nice, the pub is small but we tried all four beers. We also stayed for a fifth.It's a little hidden gem in a quiet place.

If you’d like to drink a craft beer in Nakatsugawa, this is your place! The owner, soon to be brewer, has a great selection and knowledge of local craft beers! He even put up with our very poor Japanese! Very nice young man!

I stumbled across this newly-opened pub on my walk around the town and decided to pop in after dinner. The brewery isn't yet producing its own beer - that's on the way - but it has a selection of local craft beers. The coffee blonde from Seki-shi in Gifu-ken was a delicious choice. The owner and local customers were very friendly. The owner told me he started the business as a way of attracting custom to rural Japan. Give it a go - it's definitely worth a visit.
Es gab 6 Biersorten zur Auswahl. Alle sind sehr lecker. Man kann kleine Snacks bestellen, die ebenfalls unfassbar lecker sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
