I came to this area to see Mt. Fuji, and I chose this place because the room was overwhelmingly larger than those of other accommodations nearby.Japanese accommodations are often so small that it can be difficult to even open your suitcase, but that was absolutely not a concern here. The room was genuinely spacious and very comfortable.And most importantly, the price was great! Although the property is self-service and has no on-site staff, the communication was incredibly kind and prompt, so I never felt inconvenienced during my stay.Thank you so much for your kind and attentive service!
신후지역 근처에서 1박하려고 예약했는데 생각보다 괜찮았습니다. 객실은 깔끔했고 필요한 것들은 대부분 갖춰져 있어서 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 직원분들도 친절했고 체크인도 빠르게 해주셨습니다.주변이 조용한 편이라 밤에 쉬기도 좋았고, 가격 대비 객실 컨디션도 괜찮았습니다. 아주 고급스러운 호텔을 기대하기보다는 신후지에서 잠깐 머물 숙소를 찾는다면 괜찮은 선택인 것 같아요. 전반적으로 만족했습니다!
I had a wonderful stay at Shin-Fuji Inter Hotel and was very happy with my overall experience.The first thing I noticed was how spacious the room was. Compared with many hotels I have stayed at in Japan, there was plenty of room to relax and organize my luggage comfortably. The room was also very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant.What impressed me most was the hospitality. The owner was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
Perfect stay with a baby –spacious room and amazing service!We stayed at Shin-Fuji Inter Hotel with our baby, and we were extremely happy with our experience.The biggest advantage for us was how spacious the room was. Traveling with a baby usually means bringing a lot of extra luggage and baby items, but we still had plenty of space. Our baby even had enough room to move around and play comfortably, which made our stay so much easier and more relaxing. The room was also very clean and well maintained, so we felt comfortable letting our baby play in the room.What impressed us the most, however, was the wonderful hospitality and incredibly responsive service. Whenever we sent a message or had a question, we received a response almost immediately. The owner was always very kind, friendly, and genuinely willing to help.We also had some additional requests during our stay, including a request regarding the refrigerator, and they took care of everything quickly and kindly. We really appreciated how flexible and attentive they were to our needs. When traveling with a baby, these little things make such a huge difference.The price was also very reasonable for such a spacious and comfortable room. Considering the cleanliness, room size, quick communication, and excellent hospitality, we felt it was great value for money.We had such a pleasant and stress-free stay at Shin-Fuji Inter Hotel. I would especially recommend it to families traveling with babies or young children who are looking for a spacious, clean, friendly, and affordable place to stay in the Fuji area. We would definitely stay here again!

房間是蠻寬敞的，但才剛進入房間就看到滿地頭髮都沒吸⋯真的有打掃嗎？？？停車位就在房間下面，下雨天不用擔心淋雨，這點還不錯。洗手台附近沒有可以掛毛巾的地方，希望可以增加掛毛巾的或是牆上掛勾。
