最新鋭の設備を備えた清潔なアパートです。
静かな環境でリラックスしやすい場所です。
Within walking distance of Kita-Ikebukuro Station about 3mins and there are also 3 convenient store close by 2 to 3mins walk from apartment. It only one station stop to Ikebukuro Main Station. It a quiet peaceful surroundings area to comeback to after exploring Tokyo City. It clean and had all the amenities needed in the apartment. We already stayed at this apartment twice… will definitely return for a third time stay if it is available in near future. It a home away from home.
Compared to other places in the city, my wife and I really liked this one. Spacious enough and located in a relaxed calmed area. Close enough to Shinjuku and Shibuya.
It was really conveniently located. 1 minute walk to the aeon store, and 2 minute walk to a 7 eleven. The place is pretty new also.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious. There are enough hangers in the wardrobe and there's a air dryer in the bathroom to dry your clothes after washing them in the washing machine. There are a few convenience stores and one supermarket nearby. There's also a car rental store a few minutes walk away and you can find paid parking lots around quite easily. The nearest train station is Kita Ikebukuro but if you want to save some cost, you can walk slightly further to Itabashi station. The apartment is in a small low building with a lift. I'll consider staying here again in the future.
旅館很舒適乾淨，周邊環境也很寧靜。唯一需注意的是交通方面，由於北池袋站並非JR站，因此如要到北池袋的話需要從池袋轉車，等於需要付兩趟車費。而且從北池袋站到旅館的路上需要等候火車軌無車通過才能行走，少說也要等個3-5分鐘。但是其實在走路7-10分鐘的距離可以抵達板橋JR站，乘搭崎京線更是可以直達池袋新宿等地方，不用付兩趟車費。因此如果不介意從車站走路到旅館的話，大推這間飯店！
Very close to railway Kita ikebukuro station, walk for 5 mins. A convenience store and a supermarket nearby. Room is clean and the air conditioners are in good condition. Enough hot water to take shower. Sufficient and clean cooking utensils provided.Mattresses are little bit soft. Noisy from a primary school early in the morning. The room doors are too close to the beds, easy to hurt the ankle. No USB provided for the charger.
The location of this apartment is really great - it is very close to a train station, so it is easy to get in and out of Tokyo. The apartment itself is clean and modern, with a well equipped and well designed kitchen. 4 of us were comfortable here for 5 nights. Everything works, and the apartment appears to be really well run and well maintained. The host responded to our questions quickly, I would stay here again (and probably will do)!

周辺のオススメ
正直、今までお泊まりした宿の中に一番良かった部屋だと思います。予約する時ちょっとだけ高いなぁって思ったが、本当に部屋に入ったら普通に快適で、食器までキレイだど思いました。自分も6年間東京で住んでたから、本当に自分の家程快適でした。ただ、アドバイスですが、料理したりもするので、もしよければ、野菜を洗う時用のザルがあれば助かります。ピンチ付きハンガーも希望です！あと洗面所の辺り、もしバスタオルをかける用の棒があれば嬉しいんです。浴室の中にもあるけれども、シャワーする時中にもしバスタオルを掛けると濡れちゃいますので…洗面所下の扉を開けて、タオルをかけて3週間を過ごしました。エレベーターもあって、業務スーパーやコンビニも近くにあるから便利です。ただ、ドラッグストアだったら少し遠いだけ。ベッドもふわふわして気持ちよかったんです。たまにクーラーがカビの匂いがするけれども、我慢すればなんとか大丈夫でした。今度日本来る時も是非また利用したいんです。
