This building doubles as a hotel listed in bookings.com but is more akin to an Airbnb property. I stayed for 14 nights during early Dec 2025. I stayed in room 302, which list as 52 sq. meters, but feels significantly smaller. Positives include spilt AC systems with heating in 3 rooms. There is a massage chain in the small living room (but we never used it). The hotel is located close to the Fussa train station (about a 6-8 minute walk).I was disappointed with the stay for the negatives which I will enter into detail.1. The rooms are dated and dark and need a refresh to modernize.2. There was humidity to the point the rooms feel damp, but a lingering unpleasant oder.3. There was questions concerning the cleanliness of the facility, especially in the kitchen.4. The was incessant noise from 6am due to deliveries as this establishment is located adjacent to a commercial area. We couldn’t sleep due to the excessive noise.5. The was no elevator, so if you have difficulty climbing steps, no chance of accessing the room.6. There was no cleaning service for the rooms. You do this on your own.I don’t know if there are better places in Fussa to stay? However, While a cramped 50 square meter unit has some benefits, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the morning noise, incessant humidity and cleanliness issues.
