ホリキリ駅から近く、周辺に便利な施設も多いです。
大阪から子供に会いに行った時に利用させていただきました。今回は車で行ったので駅は使わなかったのですが駅からのアクセスも便利のようです。近くにコインパーキングもあり車でも便利でした。入り口は手狭ですがお部屋はとてもキレイでびっくりしました(正直期待していなかったので本当にキレイで嬉しかったです)洗濯機と浴室乾燥機があったので便利でしたし、ちゃんとした冷蔵庫もあり近くにスーパーがあったので飲み物を買ってきても便利でした。コンセントが1つしか空いていなかったので延長コードなどがあれば便利だと思います。あと…スリッパは使い捨てを用意した方がいいです。ほんとに居心地の良い施設でした。是非また利用させていただきたいです^_^
関西から2泊3日できましたが凄く綺麗な部屋でバスタオル、タオル、歯ブラシもあって快適でした徒歩圏内にスーパー、コンビニ、ファミレスもあり車で来たのですがコインパーキングも近くにあり便利なところです※延長コードを持参した方がいいと思います。
駅近くの宿泊施設になりますが、東京観光の行き先によっては、遠くて不便な場所だと思います。上野駅や浅草へは許容範囲でした。お部屋自体は新しくきれいに管理されていました。鍵の取り出しなど、このような施設を利用されるのが初めての方は少々戸惑うかもしれませんが、前もってメールで丁寧なご案内が届くので大丈夫です。洗濯機がありますので旅行中のお洗濯可能ですが、室内に天井から物干し竿をかける輪っかが設置されているのですが、物干し竿になる棒状のものは無かったので、今後設置してもらえると便利に使えると思います。不安な部分としては、掛け布団カバーや足拭きマットについては洗浄されているのか定かでは無く、潔癖傾向の方には厳しいですので、各自対応必要だと思います。
お部屋がすごく綺麗で清潔感があり最高でした！仕事がありパソコン持ち込みなのもありコンセントが少なかったので延長コードがあったらすごく助かります🙏トイレ、お風呂、キッチンの水回りも綺麗でまた泊まりたいと思いました！
We stayed at Granqual Adachi as a family of three (my wife, our 4‑year‑old child, and myself), and it was a wonderful, family‑friendly place to stay in Tokyo.From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, even in the small corners and nooks, which really gave us peace of mind when staying with a child. The bed was very comfortable, with a warm, cozy comforter and pillows that had just the right amount of fluff, making it easy for all of us to rest well after long days out.The apartment is thoughtfully designed for families. The air‑conditioning can be adjusted for warmth or cooling, and the shower heater is easy to control, which was great when bathing a young child. We also appreciated that the sink in the powder room and the kitchen faucet outside the bathroom both have hot and cold water—a small detail, but very helpful for family use. Of course, the Japanese toilet was a plus, and there was more than enough tissue paper provided, which parents will understand is always important.Storage and layout worked really well for us. There’s a cabinet that can be closed for footwear, which helped keep the space organized, and clear instructions for garbage segregation, making it easy to follow local rules. The bedroom lighting is adjustable, so we could set a softer, calmer ambiance at night for our child.The kitchen area was especially useful for a family. There’s a microwave and fridge, which we used often, and modern, trendy IKEA kitchenware that’s all microwave‑safe. While we didn’t get to use the stove, exhaust fan, or washing machine, it was reassuring to have them available. The internet was super fast and stable, which made planning our days and winding down in the evenings easy.The host was very responsive, and all instructions—from check‑in and check‑out to accessing the main door, room key, and passcodes—were very clear and easy to follow, even after a long travel day with a child.Location was another big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for families, and the apartment is very close to Horikiri Station, with easy access to Kita‑Senju Station for quick transfers to other train lines. Getting around Tokyo with a child was very manageable from here.Overall, Granqual Adachi felt safe, clean, comfortable, and truly family‑friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked again for next year. We would highly recommend this place to families traveling with young children who want a calm and well‑equipped home base in Tokyo.
I’ve stayed for 8 days, and the room is very comfortable! Me and my partner enjoyed the room.The room is big enough for us to open three luggage and still a big space for us to tidy up.Sadly for the kitchen did not have enough tools for us to cook, there is no cut board and a cloth for us to clean up the waters. But there is enough pot and plates for us to enjoy our meal.The bathtub is very amazing for us to relax after our trip, and we don’t have to worry about there is no hot water during the winter.We recommend for couples to stay, and we hope to have a stay again!
