広々とした掃除の行き届いたお部屋で快適に過ごせました。
池袋本町に位置し、近くにコンビニもあり利便性抜群です。
ホストの丁寧なコミュニケーションで不安なく滞在できました。
Great apartment in an even better location. Many locals in the area and short walk to station. Convenience stores nearby as well.
We had a wonderful 5 day stay here during November.The room was spotless and had plenty of amenities, all while being super spacious with space for luggage.The location was amazing, as it was literally a 1/2 minute walk from Kita ikebukuro, or a 15/20 minute walk into ikebukuro. There is a Lawson along the short walk back from Kita ikebukuro which was super convenient. The area felt safe and was very quiet.The hosts maintained communication throughout and provided clear instructions prior to check in.The only negative (which I didn't think was fair to downgrade a star on), was that it is next to an elementary school, so in the mornings it can be a bit noisy!Great value for money!

周辺のオススメ
総合的に、大満足の滞在でした。最初、身分証の画像をメールや申し込みリンクで提出するよう求められた時は、少し心配でした。ですが、実際に滞在した際は、チェックインもチェックアウトも簡単にでき、余計な手続きなどもなく快適に過ごせました。エレベーターが無かったため、大荷物過ぎると大変かもしれませんが、特別、障害には感じませんでした。アットホームで、キッチンや洗濯機、空調も整っていたため、リラックスして過ごす事ができました。建物内が階段しか無い点で、場所は⭐︎4にしていますが、北池袋周辺は慣れていたのもあり、駅近で利便性は◎でした。
