Zatrzymałem się tutaj na 2 noce celem dostania się do 5 stacji Subaru na Fuji. Najbardziej podobał mi się tradycyjny, japoński charakter pokoju: maty tatami, łóżko na materacu na podłodze, przesuwane drzwi (choć nie papierowe). No i ta cisza i spokój (choć czasem sąsiedzi troszkę hałasowali wracając do swoich pokoi). Ale nareszcie udało mi się dobrze wyspać, szczególnie po tych głośnych noclegach w tokijskich hotelach... I widok też był niezły, trafiłem na dobrą pogodę, więc szczyt Fuji był dobrze widoczny. Ponieważ podróżowałem tylko z niewielkim plecakiem, odległość do stacji Kawaguchi (2,6km), czy supermarketu (ok.1km) jakoś bardzo mi nie przeszkadzały. Osiedle domków też całkiem przyjemne. I blisko do jeziora. Z drobnych wad to tylko lokalizacja prysznica, do którego trzeba było przejść pół domu, a nawet przez moment wyjść na zewnątrz (najważniejsze, że w ogóle była możliwość użycia prysznica!) i brak kuchni. Dostępny był czajnik elektryczny i lodówka+mikrofala (o których właściciel jakoś zapomniał mi wspomnieć... może nie do użytku dla gości? ale jednak skorzystałem). Polecam na krótkie i nieco dłuższe pobyty.
Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment. L’hôte est très accueillant, nous a conseillé divers endroits, nous a loué des vélos (qui fonctionnaient très bien) et nous a ramené à la gare alors qu’il pleuvait !Les chambres sont très confortables et calmes.Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement !
Our stay at Habitacion NIIYA near Mount Fuji felt less like checking into an apartment and more like stepping into a small, thoughtful story written just for us.From the very beginning, we were welcomed by a lovely lady who took her time to walk us through everything, every detail of the apartment, the surroundings, and even little things we wouldn’t have thought to ask about. It immediately set the tone: this wasn’t just a place to stay, it was a place where people genuinely cared.On the other side, there was Hitomi, who quietly made everything else happen. From arranging bicycles to making sure we had what we needed, he was always one step ahead. When we mentioned our checkout time, he didn’t ask whether we needed a ride to the station, he simply said, “I will bring you.” That kind of effortless kindness stayed with us.The morning we left, the weather was perfect, clear skies and Mount Fuji standing proudly in full view. On the way to the station, Hitomi suddenly stopped the car so we could take photos. Again, something we hadn’t asked for, but something we will never forget. Before we left, I took a photo with this kind soul, a small memory of a truly special stay.The bathroom and toilet were shared, but everything was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained.This place is more than just accommodation, it’s an experience shaped by genuine hospitality and small, meaningful gestures. For us, it’s a clear 10/10.
We really enjoyed staying in this traditional guesthouse. We got an explanation of the area. Best places to eat and from where to see the lake. We especially liked the kindness with which we were received. And the hot bath to soak in after a day of hiking! It was a special experience for us.
We had an amazing stay here! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful — even though we didn’t speak the same language, he patiently used a translator to communicate with us. The laundry was super clean and smelled so nice! He even took us to the station when we left. Such a warm and polite person. We were really touched. We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends and we’ll 100% come back again!とても素敵なホテルでした！オーナーさんがとても親切で、言葉が通じなくても翻訳アプリを使って丁寧に対応してくださいました。洗濯もすごくきれいで、いい香りがして嬉しかったです。帰りには駅まで送ってくださって、本当に感動しました。友達にもおすすめしたいし、私たちも絶対また泊まりたいです！

We had a lovely stay here for a few days. It was a special experience, as we were warmly welcomed by the owner and had the chance to stay in a real Japanese family home with traditional tatami rooms and small tables in a peaceful area away from the tourists, next to the beautiful lake.We were provided with excellent electric bicycles that we could ride around the lake to enjoy the beautiful views of Mount Fuji. At the end of the day, we enjoyed a traditional bath and were able to fully relax.Highly recommended!そして、この素晴らしい経験をありがとうございました。
