I’ve been a customer of JapanRabbit since discovering WhiteRabbitExpress back in 2021, and I started using Blackship early last year. Their customer service has always been excellent and prompt. I’ve also picked up items at their office twice, and both experiences went very smoothly. In these chaotic times, I’m grateful that they do their best to give the US customers like me more flexibility in deciding when and how to ship items.
Pricey but the best in forwarding services from Japan.If you plan on doing a lot of purchases through them, 100% buy their premium service: the small discounts add up nicely.
Have been using them for a few months now and I have absolutely no complaints. It's not the cheapest service, but their quickness in answering questions or simply helping you out when filling customs declaration is outstanding and justifies their prices. I currently only use proxies if I really need to, otherwise it's all going to Blackship.
Amazing forwarding and delivery service from Japan to Australia. Signing up was very fast, their online website is very clear and easy to use and follow with clear instructions given. They notified me as soon as they had received the items I ordered and took pictures quickly of the contents (at my own additional request for a fee). I got several options when it came to shipping with cost and estimated delivery times. Shipping was very fast to Australia (even via EMS with tracking). Everything was well packed with extra padding and properly sealed. Overall fantastic company to deal with and great overall experience using their service. Would highly recommend.

In general, great service and website. But they are extremly slow. Regular handling without express fee takes 16 days at the moment, which in my opinion is way too much. So be aware youlö wait for a long time if you dont pay extra.
