Great place to stay at a great price. Rooms are considerably larger than what you would typically get. 10 minute walk to the major entertainment center and train station.
At first, I was afraid by the accomodation since when you type the address it said « haunted house » but after one week spent here, I can definitely say I had the best recovery nights sleep. Plus, the accomodation is in a quiet street, but if you go a little further you’re near lively areas too, there’s lots of konbini, malls, restaurants around and 3 minutes walk from the stop for the airport shuttle (1500¥) to Haneda or Narita which was really convenient. I really enjoyed the mall ‘Sunshine City’ you just need to cross the Sunshine Prince Hotel and you will get there, it only takes 5 minutes walk from the accomodation.I used to book all my accomodations in Shinjuku when visiting Tokyo but now that I discovered this accomodation in Ikebukuro, I would definitly come back here. The Ikebukuro train station with the Yamanote Line is 12 minutes walk but I’d rather took the Saikyo Line which is less crowded and goes to Shinjuku as well.The only thing I disliked about this accomodation is probably the fact there’s no elevator and we had to carry all our heavy luggages through the third floor and the stairs are quite narrow. Fortunately we were 3 so we were able to help each other carry all of our stuffs.
We had a really wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back.The apartment is located in Ikebukuro, about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. The walk itself is very nice and never boring, there are convenience stores everywhere, lots of restaurants to choose from and even Chiikawa Park nearby. The area felt lively but still comfortable.The apartment was very spacious, especially by Tokyo standards, which we really appreciated. Everything worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, the air conditioning worked well, and being able to open the window was a big plus for me personally. There’s also a kitchen and a fridge, which made longer stays much easier.In the lobby there are washing machines and dryers, which is super convenient when traveling. We were also able to store our luggage safely and even check in earlier after asking in advance, which helped us a lot.There’s no elevator, but it’s only up to the 3rd floor at most, so that was really not a problem.All in all, a 5/5 stay. Great location, great apartment and very easy communication. I would definitely stay here again.
太喜歡了！非常推薦！非常用心維護的民宿👍乾淨衛生，設備齊全，有煮食用具，有冰箱，乾濕分離，洗澡和廁所分開很方便，這3天在東京都住得很舒服。樓下就有洗衣機跟烘衣機，洗衣300，烘衣 100/15分鐘。地點超級便利，池袋最旺區和Sunshine City Mall 就在旁邊，有3間全家便利店在附近。從羽田機場就有大巴直達到太陽城王子酒店，從池袋駅走去民宿也只須走8-10分鐘。雖然沒有電梯，但住3F 走樓梯也方便，在東京以這平實價錢租到這麽好的住處，實在值得😁謝謝離開時協助我搬行李的服務員。
また利用したいと思えるホテルでした！3泊連泊で利用しました。まず、エントランスからとってもいい匂いだったのが印象的です😭ホテル内にコインランドリーがあり、エントランスを出れば自動販売機もあったのでとても便利でした！乾燥機だけ使用したのですが、他の口コミにあるような問題点は見受けられなかったです。客室はとても綺麗で、インテリアも可愛く、こだわりを感じれました。また、フライパンとコンロもあり、料理が作れたのもありがたかったです！風呂トイレ別なのもありがたいですね。全体的にとても清潔感があり、オシャレで良かったです。サービスにも満足しています。ホットアイマスクなどもいただけ、なによりスタッフの方がとても優しかったです😭😭😭スーツケースとリュックで荷物が多く、特に女子二人だったので大変でしたが、親切にも部屋まで運んでくれました。道を聞いた時もかなり親切に教えてくれました😭今回の宿泊でいちばん良かったのは、サービスです。立地も問題ありませんでした。サンシャイン水族館からとても近く、サンシャイン通りを抜ければすぐ着きました！

As a gaijin desu with very high standards but expects cheap pricing, I couldn't have found a better place I want to gatekeep from travelers than this place. The room is spaceiously californian with tijuana bnb pricing. I'm coming back here for sure. I have nothing but high praise.
