I stayed here in the summer from August till September and all in all it was a great stay. The facilities were always clean and all common areas were treated very well. The kitchen / common room has a TV, an AC, a big fridge, multiple water cookers and other cooking facilities. There are two washing machines and one dryer. They work well but you have to pay for each washing (30 mins) and each drying run (20mins) with multiple 100 yen coins. I usually washed my stuff for 2 cycles (60 mins) and dried for at least (60mins), so I used up a lot of coins. Not bad but something you have to keep in mind. Laundry detergent and other laundry stuff was there so no need to buy your own. They don‘t AC the hallways / anything except the rooms and kitchen so I every time I left my room I was SWEATING. Again it was prime time summer heat but still mentionable.About the rooms: depending on which side you are on (I think I was L) all the rooms face the street. Therefore it can get quite loud during the night and I was on the ground floor so I saw one or two people taking a leak outside my window in the alley. The bed is a twin. It is very comfortable and I slept well in it. Though if you are a taller person (190cm+) you might be too big. You get an AC and a fridge in the room. The fridge was a lovely surprised because I could keep cool drinks in the room. The closet is quite spacious and I had no storing problem. The desks are rather small but if you need a bigger one either work in the common room or in school. The ACs are timed so they turn off after 3 hours. I know it‘s to safe energy but that meant in the summer Japan heat I woke up every 3 hours or so because my room got unbearably hot. You have blinds to close off the light, though if you are on the ground floor you have to decide between people being able to see in your room or the streetlights blinding you in your bed. there are mosquito nets so you don‘t have to worry about any insects entering through the window.Surrounding area: there is a lawson right next to the house. There are multiple small and chain restaurants in a 15 min walk radius. I never had problems finding anything to eat.Check in: the check-in was miserable. I didn‘t understand the lock and when I finally managed to open the box my card wasn‘t there because another resident had taken it. The support was nice but the whole process still took 2 hours and was miserable. If you find a resident leaving or entering ask them for help.Overall: the room was nice and perfect for what I needed it (sleeping and homework). It‘s not a chique hotel but for what you pay and need it is good. I was satisfied with my stay so 4/5. there could be improvements but it suffices fully.

I've stayed here and it's a very high quality place. No real problems at all. I like it here, even the location is quite nice. All in all a great share house. The only reason for 4 stars is because it's super hot in here as they don't really keep the area outside the rooms air conditioned and the air conditioners are on timers so when I leave my room and come back it's hot as well after it turned off. Not a big deal, just a minor thing. Overall, highlky recommend.

Lage: Das Haus besteht aus 3 Gebäudeteilen und liegt an an einer stark befahrenen vierspurigen Straße. In direkter Umgebung gibt es Konbinis, Supermärkte und den Anschluss an die F-Line.Zimmer: Der Lärm von der Straße ist sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht sonderlich dick sind. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und funktional mit genug Platz.Ausstattung:Voll eingerichtete Gemeinschaft-Küche in der jeder ein eigenes Fach für Lebensmittel hat. Das gleiche gilt für den Kühlschrank.Es gibt einen abschließbaren Duschraum, eine abschließbare Toilette und ein Waschraum mit 2 Waschbecken .Die Waschmaschinen im vorderen Gebäude Teil kosten 200 Yen pro 30 Minuten. Temperatur oder ProgrammEinstellung nicht möglich. Die Waschmaschine im hinteren Gebäudeteil waren kostenfrei.Sonstiges: Bewohner sind international aus Schweiz, Österreich, Kolumbien, Italien, Frankreich. Schüler der Genki SprachSchule, Studenten, BerufstätigeZugang nur mit Karte.
