This was one of the best experiences during my trip to Japan! The one-day sushi roll class in Saitama was very friendly and easy to follow, even for beginners. The instructor was kind, patient, and made everyone feel welcome.I was especially happy to learn how to make tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) properly. The combination of the crispy seaweed and perfectly seasoned vinegared rice was amazing. Everything was explained clearly, so I could really enjoy the process.If you are visiting Japan and looking for a fun, authentic, and hands-on cultural experience, I highly recommend this class. It became a wonderful memory of my trip!
