Be careful with the "Donate" button! Confusing UI but Great Customer SupportI used this machine to convert my foreign currency. However, the user interface (UI) can be very confusing, especially if you are in a hurry. I accidentally clicked the "Donate" button, thinking it was a standard confirmation step, and the machine immediately donated my entire 100 USD to UNICEF without a clear, final double-confirmation warning for the whole amount. Please note that the machine itself cannot cancel the transaction or issue a refund on the spot. If you just want to exchange your money for e-money or digital gift cards (like Suica, Starbucks, or Amazon), please be extremely careful and do NOT touch the bottom row (UNICEF, JCV, etc.).Update: If you make the same mistake, don't panic! I contacted their customer support via email, and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They managed to issue a full refund for me through a Lawson convenience store's Loppi machine.I highly appreciate their excellent customer service, but I still hope the company improves the confirmation screen to prevent accidental donations of large amounts in the first place.
