I'm not sure what the one-star review here is talking about because I've had a very positive experience at this dojo. The instructors and other practitioners are all really kind and the dojo is run professionally. Membership gets you access to other Kobayashi Dojo locations as well which is quite concenient. There is also a strong sense of community within the dojo which is very nice. The one caveat is that, although one of the senseis here speaks English, but I'd recommend knowing at least foundational Japanese in order to train here.
