This was my first time trying sports cupping. I’ve done traditional Chinese cupping many times before, but from the photos and videos I saw online — with so many cups, movements, and stretches — I felt quite nervous going in. Dr. Sasaki quickly changed that. He is cheerful and funny, and he immediately put me at ease. What initially felt intimidating turned into a very positive experience. The entire treatment felt light and relaxed, and I felt comfortable throughout.Beyond that, it was clear he is extremely professional and highly skilled. As he guided my body through a series of stretches and movements, he stretched just enough to be effective, but never to the point of discomfort. I didn’t have any major physical issues at the time (which I’m grateful for), but the next day I noticed a real boost in both my energy and mood. My body — and mind — felt more at ease. I didn’t realize how much I needed it. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sasaki to anyone seeking treatment or simply looking for physical relief.Wishing Sasaki-sensei and his team the very best! :)
