I had been looking for an apartment in Tokyo for several months that would meet my needs. I contacted several Japanese real estate agents, but every time, after viewing an apartment and deciding that I was ready to sign the contract, I was told a few days later that it was no longer possible, as if someone else had already rented it.Since I was living outside Tokyo, I couldn’t keep traveling back and forth, spending time and money viewing apartments that ultimately wouldn’t lead anywhere.Then, luckily, I found Laurie, and she helped me find an apartment in just about a week. Just one month after completing all the necessary paperwork, I moved into a wonderful apartment in Tokyo, in a beautiful neighborhood. I have lovely neighbors, including other foreigners, which makes it even more comfortable.Throughout the entire process -from preparing the documents and moving to even after I had settled in - Laurie has always stayed in touch. She regularly checks in to make sure everything is going well and asks whether I’ve had any problems with my new home.Honestly, I’m very happy with my apartment and with the whole experience. If I ever need to look for another apartment, I will definitely turn to Laurie again, and I will gladly recommend her services to all my friends.
