I would rate it 5 stars!! It is so convenient that detergent is also pre-included, and the washer and dryer units are so convenient. It is a cute and nice space. However, my sheets still have a factory scent after a wash, and I have sensitive skin, so I might need to wash again more thoroughly than the soap could. I will test it and see! Also there was one strand of dog hair after washing, that I found on my sheet, despite the rules saying no pet hair allowed in the machines (I do not have a pet), and I also found a few specks rubbed into my sheet, of something maybe from a previous washing from a stranger, but aside from those inconveniences, it was a really perfect experience.
