I visited this location and had Ms. Liu assisted my back in December 2025. Liu assisted me and helped me found the diamond that I was looking for.Because I wasn’t sure if I would like it and I was hesitate to just ring it up when I departure since it’s such a high price item. Liu arranged to meet me at Ginza before I departured and shipped the diamond to Ginza location for me to see and try it.Unfortunately, that diamond was bought before I made a purchase by a walk-in customer. Liu was feeling deeply sorry about the inconvenience cost and she even bought a very elegant and nice Japanese dessert and brought it to me for as an apology token. ( which is totally unnecessary)Fast-forward, in April I visited Japan in and I contacted her to source and another diamond for me. She went above and beyond and arranged the diamond that I really like, request the payment to get shipped from Paris and to New York and finally arrived in Japan and wait for me to pick up.I finally got the time and I really love and everything is so worth it. I LOVE how detailed and loving Liu is , she is the cutest and lovely sale associate. She is so patient, caring and helpful.This is my 20th anniversary upgraded diamond and I will pass on to my daughter and next next generation.So grateful !
