I ordered supplies from this shop and can highly recommend it. Shipping and communication were excellent; they even upgraded the shipping to faster delivery at no extra cost. Plus, they included some great sample products. Highly recommended and I would definitely order again.
After some mistake from the local post office they went the extra mile and sendt me a new item straight away. They even added some local items that was fun to try! Fast response and great customer service!
At first, I was worried that my products might be rejected by US customs and asked Kyoko by email. She gave me a link that showed my products were sent to USPS from the customs and delivery details. Surprisingly I received the products quickly. Even they gave me many complimentary snacks. Each time I sent an email to Kayoko, she promptly replied with correct answers. What an excellent service!
This shop is fantastic. My order was dispatched and arrived safely in England, from Japan, within a week. I also received free gifts. The saki glass set is of great quality and my son loved his weird and wonderful raspberry and cheese cake Japanese kitkats. I will certainly be ordering more.Update 2nd order. The bread shaped cushions are excellent and of fine quality. The order was dispatched using sea mail so was longer to arrive, however, did arrive within the set time frame. Another great service. Also came with free Japanese snacks 🇯🇵.
