黒姫の山奥に佇む一軒の小屋。まるでテーマパークの一部のよう。こじんまりとした店内。窓から見える森林。癒しのひととき。蕎麦、ピザ、美味しい。丁寧な仕事をする店主。蕎麦は塩でいただくのがオススメ。ピザはクワトロフォルマッジとブルーベリーが推し。

Lovely restaurant and great hosts. Pizzas are delicious cooked in a wood fired oven. Good selection of wine, some vegetarian options if you get in touch in advance and they also serve soba. Must be booked in advance, great for small intimate group dinner.

This beautiful cabin pizza restaurant is in a beautiful forrest setting in Shinano Town near Kurohime Skii Park.The owners are a wonderful couple who invite you into their place and share their love of the surrounding forrest and their delicious food. They built this whole compound themselves.The restaurant is open for lunch. You need to make a booking one day in advance because it is an intimately small place.The woodfire pizza oven warmed the space, and you can hear the crackle of the wood as it burns. The rustic decor, soft music, and view of the forest create a beautiful and memorable atmosphere.I recommend the 4 cheese pizzas served with a drizzle of honey.Don't miss this wonderful experience when you visit the area.
