Brilliant. Friendly. Better selection of skis vs. other hire shops in Wadano. And quieter. It was a week of hard pack bluebird days so hired a new pair of Volkl RaceTiger SL and RC for a number of days. We had powder one day and they kindly let me extend one day of hire at no extra cost (unlike some other hire shops in Wadano!). True professionals. Great shop. Appreciate the service.
I booked in advance and was extremely happy with the service and equipment (Beginner & Intermediate skier using stock standard ski package). Boots looked brand new. Skis were in excellent condition. I needed to reduce one day of rental for one person which they happily did no questions asked and used the price difference to offset the cost of lift tickets.
Staff were friendly and accommodated me using this store instead of the Happo one location. However rental equipment is pretty old, paid for “performance” and they had a limited selection of skis for the conditions. Rhythm which is close by seemed to have much better equipment.
Exceptional service. They go above and beyond. Flexible and accommodating. Hideto was especially kind and good to us. Highly recommend this shop!
（原文）You can also rent GNU and burton snowboards. They have a lot of clothes for snowboarding on sale and you can return your board here even if you rented it from another spicy rental shop. If your lodge is near this rental shop, they can pick up the gear from your lodge if you call them.
（原文）A neat and well presented rental shop that also sells ski cloths and accessories. Boots are comfortable and skis are a good quality. Staff are helpful and there are no problems if you need to change skis or boots.
Awesome service, shuttle bus was really helpful, let us store our luggage in the shop all day! Cheers guys.
The team at Spicy know their stuff!! They were great with the kids too, making sure they knew how to put their boots on properly and that they fit well.

The absolute best rental service in Hakuba. Not only did they refund me when I needed to end my rental early, they helped me get back home when the Ubers in the area were unavailable. Phenomenal rental service!
