We decided to go skiing spontaneously, so we needed all the equipment. The staff helped us find everything quickly and easily! We arrived on Friday around 12 noon and dropped off our bags that same day around 4 PM; there were no lines. There's a fitting room, and you can leave your belongings there, too.
Really friendly staff. I mean yes, the prices are pretty high but it’s definitely worth it for this quality of snowboards and ski. The cofee is amazing. Overall the place is a good choice if u don’t wanna cheap out and u want good stuff.
My friend and I had a great experience hiring our ski gear, all the staff members were amazing and we were also so happy with our alternative milk coffee at the end (being Aussies)! 10/10 experience and hope we can come back again soon!The onigiri was very yummy as well!

ゴンドラのすぐ下にある素晴らしいコーヒー。温かみのある居心地の良い環境（内部の座席はあまり多くありません）。素敵なスタッフ！（原文）Great coffee right under the gondola. Warm cozy environment (just not much seating inside). Nice staff!
長坂ゴンドラの直ぐ横に有ります。cafeではいつも外国人スタッフが親切に対応してくれます。コーヒーは本当に美味しいよ！軽食の味は普通かな。欧米的な味です。レンタルショップはバリエーションが豊富で、特にパウダー用の板のラインナップが多い。スタッフは野沢の山の事や、その日のコンディションの事とか教えてくれるのでバックカントリーする人は立ち寄ってみても良いかも。店内の雰囲気は海外のスキー場に来た感じで雰囲気とても良いです。
アルマダメインのレンタルショップだが、他にも色々な板が置いてある。小物の販売もある。そして、レンタル落ちの中古板の販売もあり、掘り出し物を発見できます。併設されて海外っぽいコーヒーショップもあり、マフィン等のお菓子も美味しい。ウッドデッキがあり外でもカフェできます。
Best coffee in nozawa. But they charge $10 for a toastie!?!? Seriously that’s crazy

Renting from here was such a positive experience. The guys working the shop are super friendly and great. After looking at all the other shop options their gear for demo was brand new and what you’d want out of a demo setup for boots and skis. Totally made our experience in Nozawa even better than we expected.Also the location is amazing, it’s right next to the gondola and they store your gear overnight.10/10 on the experience, would 100% recommend to anyone to rent from here if you’re visiting Nozawa and need to rent gear.
