We just spent a week at pals raicho, and we loved it ! From the incredible service of the owners and staff, they were helpful and welcoming on all fronts.Good location (close to goryu/47 ski resorts) with a shuttle service making it very easy to go boarding each day. Then to come back to the private onsen and a warm bed. Was an amazing experience and we will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone looking to hit the slopes in hakuba. My partner and I also got engaged and they were very excited for us and gave us a special dessert on the day which made our stay even more memorable and special !Thank you so much to Pals Inn Raicho and all the people who made our stay special !

孫とスノーボード旅行、2食付きプランで利用。チェックイン前、アウト後も利用させて頂きました。コロナ禍で自由に入浴できないのは不自由でしたが、それ以外は快適に過ごすことができました。白馬五竜スキー場のゲレンデからは離れていますが、シャトルバスの発着場が玄関を出てすぐにありました。
私が今まで泊まった中で最高の宿。今回は白馬スキーリゾートに行って、仲間の宿雷町に泊まりました。夕食と朝食の予約を忘れてしまったので、通常冬は食材がありません。しかし、旅館のオーナーは最後の材料を使ってスープと温かいご飯を使ったディナーを作ろうとしました。私たちの心は感動しました。彼らはまた、非常に手頃な朝食の準備をしました。部屋はとても暖かくてきれいです。なんて素晴らしい旅でしょう。（原文）The best inn which I have ever stayed.In this time, we went to Hakuba ski resort and I stayed overnight with pals inn Raicho. we have forgotten to book a dinner and breakfast, so usually there will be no ingredients for cooking in the winter. But, the inn owner tried to use their last ingredients to make for our dinner with soup and hot rice, ours heart were touched. They also prepared for a very affordable breakfast.The room is very warm and clean. What a great trip.
お部屋は広くてキレイ、まず大切なご飯はとても美味しい夕御飯も朝ご飯も雪解けの美味しい水がさらに美味しいコーヒーを頂きます体の隅々迄エネルギーがみなぎつて優しい家族ぐるみのお世話にホツコリ時を忘れそう？
ご主人と奥さんがとても気さくなアットホームな宿です。なんと言っても、夕食がとても豪華で美味しい。手作りで、とても丁寧に作っています(^^)お風呂は大浴場で、スキーから帰ってきたらすぐに入れるように準備してくれています（＾◇＾）宿泊者が使えるラウンジがあったり、ご主人が指導している空手教室の道場があるので、教室以外のときは使えたりします。来年もリピ決定です。
食事が美味しい！
ご家族でやってらっしゃるようです。施設は新しくないですが、お料理も美味しくご主人も感じの良い方です。お安いです。
知人が宿泊していたところに立ち寄っただけなので評価不能です。

To add onto all the other positive reviews - this is the best place in the area for a very reasonable price. The family running this inn are probably the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. The rules laid out aren’t unreasonable at all - very valid for keeping everything clean. The bathrooms and showers are shared and separated by gender and they were all very clean with daily maintenance. They have an onsen outside with reservations and it was an amazing experience. A free bus runs daily to take you to Goryu Escal which makes traveling easy. The breakfast is so delicious and would recommend booking with that add on - every day 7-8 AM with menus posted the day before. Truly an AMAZING experience and would recommend staying here!
