We are in Karuizawa for holiday and my husband was having unbearable toothache which he needed dental help. We googled and decided to go to this clinic. Karuizawa Arai Dental clinic .We are a Singaporean couple and could not speak Japanese. Despite that and Dr Arai not able to speak English, he was willing to treat my husband. His nurse, Eriko Naruse, who could speak some Mandarain doubled up as interpreter. With Google translate as back up ; the experience went v well.Dr Arai was very patient and answered all our queries.Dr Arai was very professional in terms of treatment and advice.Am very thankful we have chosen the right clinic.Thank you Dr Arai & Nurse Eriko
