Nous sommes étrangers et avons loué une voiture chez Orix pour une semaine. Le staff de l'agence était très gentil, la location a été facile (via internet en amont) et tous les documents étaient traduits en anglais. La voiture était quasiment neuve et parfaitement fonctionnelle. Il faut savoir que tous les loueurs de voitures au Japon n'acceptent pas de louer a des étrangers qui ne parlent pas japonais, ce qui n'était pas du tout le cas de Orix. Je recommande largement !
Amazing service, very friendly, respectful and helpful. Process was smooth end to end with clear explanation. Prices were super great. They even helped me call a taxi to the station after I returned the car.
We rented a car from Orix for a couple days, car was very new and clean. The staff don’t speak much English but they are very helpful polite and friendly! I would recommend this car rental company and definitely will use here again in the future :)
東静岡駅から徒歩でアクセス可能です。裏に入った静かな場所に立地し、混雑した市街地から抜け出すのにも時間が掛からず便利な立地です。手続きに関しては結構細かく、緊急連絡先（自分以外）の住所や電話番号まで書かされるのでわりと時間が掛かります。その分細かい配慮は行き届いており、帰り際夕立になりそうな時、気を配って頂いたのが嬉しかったです。
お世話になりました。忘れ物ありがとうございました。
商用車サービス期間があり 引っ越し用にワンボックスを安く借りることが出来ました(*^^*)

Very kind staff, they will receive and send you off with a smile! As a tourist with limited japanese speaking skills they made the process very easy and relaxed. In europe most car rental companies try to blame other peoples scratches in you to squeeze out extra money but i did not experience anything like that here so the drop off process was very quick. Much thanks to the staff at Orix!
