Firstly let me start of with the gym. The gym has all the equipment you need, Even if you’re an advanced lifter or a beginner lifter you would find a weight that suits you. For example the dumbbells go from 1 kg to 55 kg which is really rare and impressive for a gym.Secondly, the space is clean and the gym has a welcoming environment to it.Lastly, the best thing about this gym is the staff and people there. Every encounter I’ve had has only been positive and constructive with other gym goers. Especially with Mr Ito the gym owner who gives helpful tips and is filled with kindness and respect.So if you’re ever in need of a gym in Toyohashi this is the one.
