Wspaniała właścicielka, bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Śniadanie to różne rodzaje pieczywa, masło i jogurt. Typowy tradycyjny dom, niezwykle klimatyczny. Są wszystkie nowoczesne udogodnienia oraz mapka okolicy z atrakcjami i restauracjami.
Very cozy villa.Very authentic Japanese Style.
Very pretty traditional old house. The staff is very friendly and provides info about local restaurants etc. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, 20 minutes from the center (15 minutes from Kinkaku-ji temple).
It's PERFECT. Like experiencing a Time-slip into another Era. It's a century old home so.be considerate and respectful towards the facilities because it must have been quite expensive to reform some of the areas and also, some parts of the house are still untouched which gives it a charm ... It was someone's home, so, in respect to those who rent and those who have lived there be kind enough to keep it as you found it.I loved it! It's simply perfect. Even with my 5 month old son, it was a really nice experience and we had all the comfort.Bravo to the owner! It's a beautiful home! A real rare gem!Will come back for sure, if I can, with also my family visiting us from Portugal.
イマドキな感じにリノベされている京都の町屋はたくさんありますが、こちらは100年前の織家建て(おりやだて)の風情を残してオーナー自ら愛情たっぷりにリノベされた建物。体験、と思ってせっかく京都に滞在されるなら是非。お風呂だけは便宜面を優先してユニットバス、とのこと。
Traditional Japanese residence. Beautifully restored! Floor seating (except 2 chairs upstairs) and futon mattresses only, if you cannot sleep on a futon or sit on the floor this is not a good rental for you. The stairs are also quite steep but this is to be expected in a magical place like this. Washer and dryer and nice bathing area! Plenty of kitchen amenities too. Nice management, owned and managed by a local couple that resides close by.
素晴らしい価格、素晴らしい快適さ、そしてとてもフレンドリーなオーナー。唯一の欠点は、バスが近隣の公共交通機関の唯一の手段であるということです。（原文）Great price, great comfort and extremely friendly owner. The only downside is that buses is the only means for public transportation in the vicinity.
少人数でゆっくりと楽しい時間を過ごせました。京都らしいいい思い出です。
ホテルのような堅苦しい雰囲気ではなく、肩の力を抜いて寛げる宿でした改装元の古民家の風情を残しつつ、トイレや空調などは使いやすい新しい設備となっており、非常に過ごしやすい所です。

Our stay in Yumeji Vintage Villa was very authentic and homey and we enjoyed the rustic Kioto living experience there. The house was a bit smaller in square meters than in the description but our group of four fitted there nicely. Tatami covered floors, futon beds, sliding paper walls and the old Funaoka onsen (or sento) nearby offered the experience of traditional Japanese living. The street was quiet and all neighbours were locals. The host of the house was very helpful and kind. Delicious bakery style handmade bread was included in the stay by the owner and was delivered to the door. Washing machine and tumble dryer made our travelling time a lot more comfortable.I'd recommend Yumeji Vintage Village for those who seek for traditional and quiet side of Japan and have watched way too many Ghibli movies♥️
